SocialGainly is responsible for the personal data collected through SocialGainly.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send receipts and order updates.
• The public username or post link you give us, to deliver your order.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we don’t see or store card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, to prevent fraud.

How we use it

Only to deliver and support your order and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We share your username or post link with our delivery partners so they can fulfil the order. We don’t sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@socialgainly.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
