These terms apply when you order from SocialGainly (“we”, “us”), operated by SocialGainly. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

We deliver social media engagement (followers, likes and views) to public social media accounts and posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Engagement is supplied through third-party networks. We don’t guarantee that it will produce organic growth, sales or any other outcome.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• The account or post must be yours, or you must have the owner’s permission.
• The account must stay public until the order completes. Orders for private, deleted or renamed accounts can’t be refunded.
• You must not use purchased engagement to mislead anyone about your reach or influence, including brands, advertisers, customers or investors, or in any way that breaks the law where you live.

Platform rules

None of these platforms are affiliated with us. Their terms don’t permit buying engagement, and they may remove engagement or take action on accounts at their discretion. You accept this risk when ordering.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. Orders are delivered gradually and usually complete within 72 hours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
